恩美商用英文教你寫出最強的求職信。求職信跟履歷一樣是需要投注大量心力的。公司端會依據求職信內容決定是否參考你的履歷表。

首先，第一步是讓它個人化：挑出一、兩項吸引人的亮點或其他特質，針對這家公司去客製化描述。第二步是告訴他們你要應徵的工作，因為很多公司都不只一份職位空缺。當他們送出他們的申請信，我會留意那些人，寫應徵什麼職位的人。所以請清楚地寫出你所要應徵的職位。告訴他們你為何要選擇他們，不要試圖去說你有多厲害，你有多適合，很多人在找工作時都會犯這個錯誤，而我覺得若你想要雇主對你感興趣，真的花心思細讀你的履歷，你必須讓他們覺得你真誠地對他們的工作感興趣。

I want you to just as much focus and energy into cove letter as you do your Resume。The interviewers will go to absolutely the cover letter and use that to help make that decision, so make it count. So the first step is making it personal.　Step 2 : Tell them why you picked them. So step two is firstly, tell them what job you are applying for. Because lots of companies will be recruiting more than one vacancy.  And I noticed that people do this all the time when they send me application. So just make it really clear what position you’re applying for, tell them why you picked them. Don’t start talking about how fabulous you are, how relevant you are. This is where a lot of job seekers go wrong ,in my opinion if you want an employer to feel interested in you, really give you the time of day, you need to make them feel like you are genuinely interested in them.
